No News is… Still News?

Hello hello, just a quick update on what life is like during quarantine. We recently heard that we won’t be heading back to work until August 5th at the earliest, which is depressing of course, but I’m determined to make the most of this time we’ve all been given.
Over the past month and change that we’ve been laid off I’ve gone back to my early college days of conditioning and training. I have no idea when or if I’ll get back to my show honestly, or what the landscape of what we do will look like post COVID-19, but I’ve been wanting to really hone my skills for a while and have been making all kinds of excuses not to. Well now I have no excuses and honestly, I’m surprising myself with how quickly I’m bouncing back to my so called “glory days”. It’s hard to find a silver lining to all of this, and I know I am very fortunate to be in the position I am during this crisis, but that doesn’t mean there are no positive take aways to be had!

That’s also not to say I’ve not had my fair share of dark days. I’ve definitely almost impulse adopted a dog about seventy eleven times, but I’ve also experienced moments of strength and authenticity that I’ve never felt before. This time has given all of us so many unique opportunities, I’m choosing to acknowledge and embrace as many as I can.
Anyway, that’s all for today. Love to you all.
